OIS Tags

OIS-BC Tags

Ideal for demanding applications or for use in paint shops, IDENTEC SOLUTIONS’ reusable and robust punched-metal barcode plates are an excellent alternative to printed bar codes that can be scratched or damaged and can ultimately disrupt production lines.

OIS-L Tags

The IDENTEC SOLUTIONS OIS-L tag operates in accordance with EN300330 and was developed specifically for tough industrial applications. Featuring shock-resistant protection of up to IP67, reliability in harsh and demanding environments is assured.

Designed specifically to address the needs of our many heavy industry customers, the tags provide 100% transparency and more effective control over storage and management of assets as well as more effective tracking and management of vehicles. This results in increased operating efficiencies as well as reduction in costs.

OIS-L tags operate at 125 KHz and offer an effective reading range of about 30 cm (1 ft). OIS-L tags are fully compatible with Hitag 1 TM and Hitag 2 TM by Philips as well as EM 4102 by EM Microelectronic. OIS-L tags are used in the manufacturing and distribution of containers, glass, chemicals, print and paper, as well as automobile manufacturing.

OIS-P Tags

The IDENTEC SOLUTIONS OIS-P tag was designed for environments where traditional methods of automatic identification are not possible due to a combination of high temperatures and harsh contaminants.

Years of research combined with a thorough understanding of the needs of our customers has resulted in worldwide acceptance of OIS-P within the automotive manufacturing industry. In fact, OIS-P is without equal particularly in the paint and auto body stations on manufacturing lines.

OIS-P tags are semi-active, operate at 2.4 GHz, feature up to 32 kBytes of memory and are designed to be rugged and long lasting. Although tags are continually cycled through temperatures up to 235°C and exposed to harsh contaminants, the tags are rated to survive up to 10 years.
