IDENTEC SOLUTIONS offers two levels of support — ASI Technical Support and Customer Support.

Customer Support


Once implementation is complete, our Customer Service Centers (CSCs) provide customer support and respond promptly to product upgrades, customer training and other support-related requests.

The CSC is staffed by a group of technical professionals dedicated to providing prompt, efficient post-implementation support. IDENTEC SOLUTIONS offers both telephone and on-site support services to ensure that your RFID system is performing at its best.
